• 8AM-Registration and Continental Breakfast
• 9AM—General Session-Welcome remarks and keynote speech
• 10AM until 12:15PM—Workshops on genealogy, Portuguese History, Literature, Sister City exchange programs, Youth Cultural Program, Portuguese Culinary Experience and World Languages teacher workshop.
• 12:30—Lunch—Tulare Union Cafeteria--$20 per person (tickets sold in advance)
• 2PM—General Sessions Rotary Club Presentation Portuguese language Programs in the US Book Presentation Portuguese Popular theater/musical presentation (young kids dança)
• 6PM—Banquet at TDES Hall ($25 per person—tickets sold in advance)
• 7PM—Dinner and Presentations
• 9:30—Entertainment

Sunday, March 27th—Tulare-Angrense Athletic Club—Free admittance

• 11AM—The Community Tomorrow—Round table with young professionals
• 12PM—Book talk—Authors Round Table
• 1PM—Light buffet lunch is served
• 2PM—Closing ceremonies
• 2:15PM—Azorean Traditional Dancers with Portuguese Language students
